SHIPPING METHODS

Products are shipped via ACS Courier or Box Now to the address you specify when placing your order. All orders placed from Monday to Friday by 14:00 (excluding holidays), are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, except in cases of product unavailability. Orders placed after Friday afternoon are processed and shipped on Monday.

SHIPPING WITHIN GREECE

For orders over €50, shipping cost is FREE.

For orders that do not exceed €50, the shipping cost is €4 with ACS Courier, for all inland destinations and islands of Greece, while for all inaccessible areas (as defined on the official ACS website), the cost is €6. In addition, the cash on delivery service cost is €5, and applies in all orders regardless the total amount, for shipments within Greece and with ACS Courier. 

The shipping cost is €3 with Box Now for all inland destinations in Greece and €5 for all Greek islands.

SHIPPING TO CYPRUS

For orders over €100, shipping cost with Box Now is FREE. For orders that do not exceed €100, the shipping cost is €12 with Box Now.

For orders over €300, shipping cost with DHL Express is FREE. For orders that do not exceed €300, the shipping cost is €20 with DHL Express.

Orders to Cyprus that are shipped with DHL Express to inaccessible areas, their delivery may be delayed. ATTENTION! The 3 working days for the delivery of all orders to Cyprus, start counting from the moment DHL receives the parcel at its warehouse and not from the day the order is placed.

We would like to inform you that if an order is not received by the customer within 3 days from the date they are notified by the shipping company and is returned to us, the shipping cost is solely borne by the customer. This applies to cases where the customer has already prepaid their order (has already paid by card or via bank account deposit).

In case the customer had chosen cash on delivery as a payment method but did not receive their order and same was returned to our company, all future orders that they wish to place must be prepaid, either through payment by debit/credit card or through a bank account deposit.

In periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes, as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order, the above delivery deadline will be extended for as long as the reason for the delay lasts. MakeupLand.gr cooperates with reliable courier companies to ensure that products are delivered safely and within the posted times. However, in case of delay in the delivery of the order for reasons not attributable to our company, MakeupLand.gr could not held responsible.
