SHIPPING METHODS

Products are shipped via ACS Courier to the address you specify when submitting your order. All orders placed Monday through Friday until 14:00 (excluding holidays) are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, except in cases where products are unavailable. Orders placed after noon on Friday are processed and shipped on Monday.

• SHIPMENTS WITHIN GREECE For orders over €80, shipping costs are FREE. For orders that do not exceed the amount of €80, the shipping cost is €4 for all of Greece. The CASH ON DELIVERY service cost is €5, regardless of the order amount and applies only to shipments within Greece.
  
• SHIPMENTS TO CYPRUS AND ABROAD For Cyprus, shipping costs start from €18 and always change based on your postal code, for orders that do not exceed €300, and the only available payment method is via debit/credit card. Over €300, shipping costs are FREE. Packages to Cyprus and abroad are sent with DHL Express, while in remote areas delivery may take longer. The 3 business days for delivery of all packages to Cyprus start counting from the moment DHL receives the package and NOT from the day the order is placed!

We would like to inform you that if an order is not received by the customer within 3 days from the date they are notified by the shipping company and is returned to us, the re-shipping costs are exclusively borne by the customer. This applies both to cases where the customer has already prepaid their order (has already paid by card or via bank account deposit) and for orders that had cash on delivery as the payment method.

IMPORTANT! In case a customer placed an order and chose cash on delivery as the payment method but did not receive the package and it returned to our company, all subsequent orders they wish to place must be prepaid either via debit/credit card payment or via bank account deposit, otherwise they will be automatically canceled. In periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes, as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order, the above delivery deadline will be extended for as long as the reason for the delay lasts. MakeupLand.gr cooperates with reliable courier companies to deliver products safely and within the promised time. However, in case of delay in the delivery of the order for reasons that are not the fault of our company, MakeupLand.gr does not recognize the existence of any liability.
