RETURN METHODS
At Makeupland, our goal is your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange a product according to the following policy.
✅Return Conditions Returns are accepted if all of the following apply:
- The return is made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- The product has not been opened, used or altered.
- The original packaging of the product is unopened and accompanied by the purchase document (receipt or invoice).
- For products that have sealed individual packaging (e.g. lipstick, mascara, foundation), returned products that have been unsealed are not accepted, for hygiene reasons
Return Reasons
1. Wrong or Defective Product
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
- Photos of the product and packaging will be requested.
- The cost of return and replacement is at our company’s cost.
2. Change of Mind (Withdrawal)
- Accepted within 14 days, provided that the product has not been opened/used.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Delayed or Incomplete Delivery
- If you do not receive the full order or the package is unreasonably delayed, please contact us immediately.
- We undertake the resolution by replacement, refund or sending of remaining products
Refund
- The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made, within 7 working days from the receipt of the returned product.
- If payment was made by cash on delivery, a bank account will be requested for the refund.

- We do not accept returns of products purchased on offer or discount, unless they are defective.
- Non-compliance with the above terms may result in the return being rejected.
